You keep all rights to the images and documents you open or create. Because they are processed on your own device, we never receive them. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to edit and use the images you work with.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure.
• Do not misrepresent automatically generated results as something they are not.

AI features

Results from AI features such as background removal are produced automatically and may contain mistakes. Please check results before relying on them.

Our content and brand

The Brushvane name, logo, website text and design belong to Suraj Sonawane. Third-party open-source components are used under their own licences, listed on the About page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Keep your own copies of important files.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
